McGregor Vs Ceronne: Bitcoin Betting

After a loss in October 2018, Conor McGregor is stepping back into the cage and this time its against an all time favorite, Donald “Cowboy” Cerrone. Not at his top weight, McGregor will be putting his high pressure/counter-punching technique to the test.

The MMA fight (UFC 246), will take place in the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas on January 18th.

The twist here is that this is classified as a welterweight contest (170 pounds). McGregor is currently weighing in at just over 160 pounds and has previously found glory in the featherweight and lightweight categories. He is hoping to round it off with a win in this category too.

Ceronne on the other hand is in peak condition and weighing in at the perfect 170 pounds. He has been successful in this category previously as well.

So as a betting man where do you place your Bitcoin?

Fight Background

Conor “The Notorious” and Ceronne “The Cowboy” have both made names as the most ferocious of cage fighters but how did the two fighters end up in the Octagon?

McGregor has seen his fair share of both victories and defeats in the past 2 years and Ceronne has been a consistent winner – both have made their mark on the UFC record books.

McGregor is one of six fighters in UFC history to win titles in two weight classes and stands to join Randy Couture as a three weight class champ if he takes home a victory on Saturday. To top that he has 18 out of 21 wins by knockout.

Ceronne, in his 44th outing, the most in UFC history, has 23 victories – the most held to date.

With the odds the way they are and these two fighter’s current form, Ceronne – the underdog – may be prove to be a great pick.
